How does a commercial ice machine work?

The water required in the ice-making process needs to be added with something. The added thing is a kind of seasoning that we can see in daily life: salt, but the jargon calls it medicine. How much medicine needs to be added in the ice-making process depends on how much ice needs to be made, and then the plunger pump is automatically adjusted according to the amount of ice made. The main body of the commercial ice maker is composed of an evaporation chamber. In our simple words, it is a refrigeration thing. It looks like a copper tube with a certain density in the outer cavity of the commercial ice maker.

The outer cavity is a very regular stainless steel cavity. In the center of this stainless steel cavity, there will be a three-leaf scraper and the distance between the inner wall is automatically adjusted to a distance of three millimeters. There will also be a nozzle with a very uniform distribution above the ice blade.

When the commercial ice maker is turned on, the plunger pump will pass through several filters to evenly touch the water added with medicine into the inner cavity and instantly form a 3 mm ice surface in the outer cavity.
